Crayonly (“the App”) is an iOS application that turns photos into printable and digital coloring pages. The App is developed and published by Vitaliia Velychko, an individual developer. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App handles, how it is stored, and what your rights are.
Short version
• We use no analytics, no tracking, no advertising SDKs.
• We do not use cookies — Crayonly is a native iOS app, not a website.
• Your creations live in your private iCloud, accessible only to you.
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
• Crayonly is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Photos and creations. When you import a photo to convert into a coloring page, the App processes it to generate a line-art version. The original photo, the generated coloring page, and any colored versions are stored on your device and synced to your private iCloud database (iCloud.com.crayonly.app). Only you can access them through your Apple ID.
Apple ID / iCloud. The App uses Apple’s CloudKit framework, which relies on your Apple ID to identify your private iCloud container. We never see your Apple ID, email, or name. Apple does not share your identity with us.
Optional public submissions. If you opt in to share a creation to the in-app community gallery, the image (and the first name you typed, if any) is uploaded to a public CloudKit database curated by the Crayonly team. Submission is opt-in and reviewed before it appears. You can request removal at any time by writing to queries.apps@icloud.com. We do not link public submissions to your Apple ID.
In-app purchases. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple. We use Adapty as a subscription-management partner to receive purchase events from Apple, evaluate offers, and restore purchases. Adapty receives an anonymous device identifier and the Apple receipt — never your name, email, photos, or contacts. See: adapty.io/privacy.
Crayonly is age-rated 4+ and designed to be safe for children. The App does not request a name, email, address, phone number, photograph of the child, or any other personal identifier from any user. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes their child has submitted personal data through the App, please contact queries.apps@icloud.com and we will delete it.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to:
The legal basis for processing is your consent (for the optional gallery) and the performance of the agreement (basic App functionality).
Your data is stored on Apple’s CloudKit infrastructure under your Apple ID. Apple’s own data-residency rules apply.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes or when laws require it. Updates are posted at the same URL with an updated “Last updated” date.
